Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Email cs@asopalav.com with your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation.

  • If approved, a refund or credit note may be issued (subject to management’s discretion).

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months and processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If we cancel your order due to uncontrollable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.


2. Return & Refund Policy

  • International orders are not eligible for return, due to strict quality control and logistical limitations.

  • This policy ensures product integrity and a smooth shopping experience.

3. Restocking Charges (If Return Is Approved Under Exception)

If your return is exceptionally approved, restocking charges apply as follows:

  • USA: $45 + applicable import duty

  • Europe (except UK): €40 + applicable import duty

  • United Kingdom: £35 + applicable import duty


4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or altered garments

  • Stitched products (Sarees with blouse/petticoat, Lehenga Cholis)

  • Accessories

  • Men’s and kids’ wear

  • Plus-size clothing

  • Special delivery items

 


 

5. Product Care

  • Many of our products are handcrafted and delicate.

  • Handle with care to avoid beadwork/sequin displacement.

  • Minor creasing may occur due to shipping and is not considered damage.

While we source products from our parent brand and trusted global vendors, we do not hold liability for:

  • Delayed shipments from vendors

  • Product not meeting customer expectations
